The Plank, whether from the elbows or the hands, is a tremendous foundational exercise that should be a part of your fitness routine if it’s not already. My Plank Challenge is very simple you will need a timer and a mat or towel. Start your timer and hold an elbow plank for as long as you can without putting your knees down.
Record your time for the Plank Challenge somewhere where you won’t lose it or forget it since we will be checking this again in the future.
