You have received the 6 Week Kickbutt Bootcamp 2 Workout Routine and you will also receive 6 Lessons one each week in your Messenger inbox.
Feel free to explore and study the program at your own pace by browsing the tabs at the top. You will have plenty here to keep you busy till you hear from me in a week.
The lessons will include challenges and Action Steps that you will follow on your way to the Top of Mountain as we climb together and master our bodies and minds.

Is it necessary to complete all the lessons?
If you only do the workouts you will get good results but if you follow all the actions in my lessons I can guarantee you will transform your body and your mind. Just do your best. This exercise program all by itself can get you amazing results but follow the Nutrition Protocol and I can guarantee you success.
Can I do these workouts without a gym?
Yes, absolutely but you will need some 5 or 10 pound dumbbells a yoga mat and a Resistance Band.
A pretty small investment compared to a health club membership.
